#fittrkitchen Broccoli Soya Soup Very simple and delicious recipe to complete your daily protein requirement using #soyachunks Ingredients • Grated ginger garlic • 1 cup cooked Nutrela Soya Chunks – 35 gms • Broccoli – 85 gms • Capsicum – 50 gms • Soya Milk – 40 ml • Onion – 40 gms • Salt & black pepper • Chilli Flakes Procedure • In a pan pour water and put cooked Nutrela Soya Chunks • In Presure Cooker Add grated ginger garlic, broccoli Capsicum & Onion and boil it • Add spices - Salt, black pepper • After it is cooked, cool down and Grind it • In a Separate pan add a ¼ teaspoon butter /ghee put the grind Mixture, cooked soya chunks & ½ cup Soya Milk • Let it cook for 5 minutes, add Chilli Flakes and serve hot #healthyrecipes #healthyfood #fittr #fittrkitchen #food #foodismedicine #fitwithvaru
